Research Opportunities

Van Poznak Scholarship

Our highly competitive Van Poznak Research Scholarship is a 6-year clinician-investigator training program that forms the core of our investigator development pipeline. To date, graduates of the Van Poznak program have attained 100% success in obtaining funding through The Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) or equivalent. Up to two Van Poznak Scholars can enter through a separate PGY-1 match.

FAER’s Medical Student Anesthesia Research Fellowships (MSARF)

The Department is committed to supporting the next generation of researchers in anesthesiology through participation, as a host site, in the MSARF Summer Program. For details of the program and how to apply, please visit the FAER website.
