Dr. Diany Paola Calderon was chosen as the 2018-19 Sackler Brain and Spine Institute Fellow for her proposal "Restoring Consciousness: Deciphering Optimal Cortical Stimulation through Activation of Nucleus Gigantocerllularis in Anesthetized and Brain Injured Mice." 

Dr. Gunisha Kaur was named was named Co-medical Director for Weill Cornell Medicine's Center for Human Rights.
