Department Members Honored for Career Milestones

Weill Cornell Medicine recognized staff and faculty who are marking important career milestones with Employee Recognition Service Awards. Ceremonies were held November 10 and 14 in the Griffis Faculty Club.

Nine Anesthesiology Department members were among those honored. Drs. Tiffany Tedore, Peter Savard, and Eric Brumberger were recognized for completing ten years of service.

Dr. Riegelhaupt Receives FAER Research Grant

Dr. Paul Riegelhaupt, assistant professor of anesthesiology at Weill Cornell Medicine, is the recipient of a Mentored Research Training Grant from the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) for his proposal, "Structural and functional characterization of the TREK1 K2P potassium channel, a target for chronic pain therapy."
