Department Celebrates National CRNA Week

The Department of Anesthesiology celebrated the work of its Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) during National CRNA Week, held January 21-27. The week culminated with dinners at the Griffis Faculty Club and at Felice Ristorante in lower Manhattan.

During more than 40 years on the faculty of Weill Cornell Medicine, Dr. Alan Van Poznak witnessed historic changes in the field of anesthesiology — including the founding of the Department of Anesthesiology at the medical college.
