Dr. Seyed Safavynia Authors Anesthesiology Article

Department of Anesthesiology resident Dr. Seyed Safavynia is first author of a just-published article in Anesthesiology, the journal of the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Safavynia is a member of the Residency Class of 2018 and a Van Poznak Research Scholar.

The article examines the effects of flumazenil on emergence from general anesthesia.

Global Health Course Awarded Cornell Grant

Twelve faculty-led projects have been awarded Internationalizing the Cornell Curriculum (ICC) grants for 2016.
