FAER Research in Education Grant Awarded to Dr. Gunisha Kaur

Dr. Gunisha Kaur, instructor in anesthesiology, is the recipient of a Research in Education Grant from the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) for her proposal, “A novel model for global health education in anesthesiology.”

The two-year, $100,000 grant will fund the development of a web-based global health curriculum for anesthesiologists.

Dr. Dana Gurvitch, assistant professor of clinical anesthesiology, received an Excellence in Teaching Award from Weill Cornell Medical College.
