Dr. Deirdre Kelleher has been elected as an associate member of the Association of University Anesthesiologists (AUA). Associate membership in the AUA is open to faculty who demonstrate excellence in scholarly research, leadership or educational activity.
Dr. Kelleher is an associate professor of clinical anesthesiology and medical director for CRNA services at Weill Cornell Medicine. She also leads the department's Sustainabilty Committee.
The mission of the AUA is to promote excellence in academic anesthesiology through mentorship; promotion of diversity and inclusivity; and professional growth throughout the careers of educators, academic leaders, and researchers.
