It’s amazing how the summer has blended into fall so quickly in New York City. Iced lattes have turned to warm beverages and early morning bike rides in Central Park require an extra layer. The A.S.A. annual meeting came and went tremendously for our department – Weill Cornell Anesthesiology’s residents and faculty certainly left our mark on New Orleans. An unprecedented number of our residents presented this year and they have earned my congratulations. As we leave the A.S.A. behind and look toward the P.G.A., we are dusting off the interview day Powerpoint, and are very excited to interview applicants for the Class of 2019 in the coming months. Kane Pryor and I are very much looking forward to our trip up to Ithaca in a few weeks to iron out the details of our new Veterinary Anesthesia Elective!
