Fox News Health Report on Spinal Cord Stimulation Features Dr. Neel Mehta

Spinal cord stimulation is a procedure that is used to treat chronic pain and relieve its symptoms. Fox News Health recently profiled a patient named Dawn Kaplan who was suffering from chronic pain in the wake of back surgery. The report featured Dr. Neel Mehta, Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology, Weill Cornell Medical College, and Medical Director, Weill Cornell Pain Medicine. Dr. Mehta described to Fox the treatment used to relieve Ms. Kaplan’s pain, as well as providing further details on the procedure.
