The journal Academic Medicine recently featured Peter M. Fleischut, MD, in its “AM Rounds” on-line feature. The interview allowed Dr. Fleischut to explain the ongoing work at the Weill Cornell Medical College Center for Perioperative Outcomes (CPO). Additionally, he talked about the place of technology in the field of academic medicine, the field’s prospects for innovation, and his reasons for reading the journal.
